SpatialGlobe / SRL Disclaimer
1. Scope and purpose
This disclaimer applies to the SpatialGlobe website and publicly available SpatialGlobe/SRL services, APIs, demonstrations, documentation, and outputs.
SpatialGlobe is an early technical platform for compact geometry references. Current website material is for evaluation, explanation, and integration discussion.
2. No warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THESE MATERIALS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement with the operator, no warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, error correction, or compatibility.
3. Geographic information and independent verification
Coordinates, SRLs, E-Codes, geometries, distances, elevations, addresses, and map displays may contain errors or reflect limitations in source data, input accuracy, reference systems, resolution, or software. Encoding precision does not establish real-world positional accuracy.
Independently verify outputs before operational use. These outputs do not establish property boundaries, ownership, access rights, or legal authorization.
4. Emergency and safety-critical use
SpatialGlobe/SRL is not field-certified emergency infrastructure or a substitute for emergency services, certified navigation, professional surveying, or independently validated safety systems.
Do not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions that could result in injury, death, or property damage. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services directly.
5. Development status and third parties
Preview features and protocol versions may change. Active geometry families are implemented and evaluable, but remain pre-freeze unless explicitly documented otherwise.
Roadmap statements
Roadmap statements are not commitments to deliver particular functionality.
Third-party data and services
Third-party data and services remain subject to their providers’ terms and limitations.
6. Applicable rights and separate agreements
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides applicable third-party licenses, or limits express commitments in a separate written agreement with the operator.
